The planned and approved underground area was 12461 square meters, with an actual area of 7832.0 square meters, a decrease of 4629.0 square meters compared to the approved area; The entrance guard of Building 9 (with an area of approximately 13.88m2) is not within the scope of planning approval. After investigation and evidence collection, it was determined to be illegal.
