Chaoyang Xuanhe Real Estate was fined for building less parking lots without authorization. The project involved in the case is Mingyue Mansion Phase I
It is understood that in February of this year, the Chaoyang City Urban Management Bureau conducted an investigation into the case. After verification by the Longcheng District Planning Bureau of Chaoyang City, it was confirmed that the underground parking lot of the project involved was not implemented according to the plan and was built without authorization. The planned and approved underground area was 12461 square meters, with an actual area of 7832.0 square meters, a decrease of 4629.0 square meters compared to the approved area; The entrance guard of Building 9 (with an area of approximately 13.88m2) is not within the scope of planning approval. After investigation and evidence collection, it was determined to be illegal.
